Bobbi, a mini German Shepherd, was discovered in a Home Depot parking lot under uncertain circumstances. It remains unclear whether she was abandoned there by someone or if she had been wandering for a while. Regardless, the focus now is on providing Bobbi with the love and comfort she deserves.
